Traces of the Forbidden is developed as part of a doctoral research project examining artistic censorship in the MENA region, with Iran serving as a focused case study. The exhibition functions not only as a presentation of artworks but also as a research platform through which artistic practices are explored in relation to censorship, suppression, and displacement.
